Frequently Asked Questions
We all receive more emails than we can possibly read. And, frankly, I don’t want my limited writing time to go toward that. I might make a newsletter in the future, but for now, content yourself I’m working on the next book. 🙂
Yes! It’s planned as a trilogy, and the second one is complete. ‘Complete’ doesn’t mean ‘done’ in the writing world, though. I have the first draft done. It may be some time before I publish it. Of course, encouragement goes a long way.
So far I’ve self-published my books. After extensive research, I think traditional publication (in Barnes and Noble stores, etc.) would suit my personality better. Self-publishing is a wonderful option for many people, but my publishing aspirations lead elsewhere. For now they’re self-published because I think the people who want my works on their shelves deserve them.
Yes, the way I’m publishing so far means I retain all the rights. I may even need to take them out of print one day. It all depends on branding when I publish traditionally.
Unlike A King Remade, the others were written as standalones. That means they’re each a self-contained story. I have ideas to extend the other worlds, but other new stories take priority as of now. A King Remade is a special case because the story isn’t wrapped up in the first (or even second) book.
